A new program aimed at getting girls out on the sporting pitch will be rolled out across central Victoria this week.
Sports such as basketball, netball and swimming will be available for women to try at several locations.
Vic Health CEO Dr Sandro Demaio said there have been a significant drop in female sporting participation.
